Designed in 2015 specifically to meet World Sailing's Mixed Youth Multihull criteria, the Nacra 15 is a genuinely fast boat, with speeds up to 20 knots and beyond in its semi-foiling configuration, which now numbers over 400 boats worldwide. It's raced mixed-gender by design, and it's the boat that carries multihull sailing into the Youth Olympic Games, which makes it one of the more visible entry points into catamaran racing for younger sailors.
